What cause hair loss?

My friend is losing hair she has bald spots on her head.


She went to a doctor as they said it's not cancer. They gave her cream to rub on her head but it isn't working.





I feel really sorry for her because the other day my other friends


were making fun of her because she one of them were asking '; Woah did you get a weave!'; and then touched it, they realized that it moved then she slapped her hand and told them ';eff you';! Then ran off and started crying. But they don't even know what is happening..





My question is what can this be? How can she cure it? We are 14 years old.What cause hair loss?
Genetics. Your friend might have gotten unlucky and gotten genes that code for baldness.





Products. There's no question hair products are harsh and cause the hair to die and fall out.





Stress. You're 14, why are you stressing.

Could be extreme malnourishment... or quite possibly for the extent you're describing, alopecia.
maybe she has stress so just tell her to not stress out much
