Can stress cause hair loss?

for about the past 2 weeks ,suddenly i noticed tons of hair falling out in the shower....i mean i always get some kind of hair coming out,but this is crazy...

it seems like it s getting worse, cause now even when i run my finegrs through,i get a hand full of hair, not matter how many times i repeat it.

im assuming stress, cause i just had a physical a week before this started, and everything was great.

also, will it grow back,or can it cause permanent damage like bald spots????

btw,i always get breakage my hair isnt in that great of shape, but this is from the roots..Can stress cause hair loss?
For one thing, hair always grows back. Unless you have some kind of cell folicle infection, or course. And for another thing, EVERY TIME I go in the shower I find hairs all over the place, and my hair has still been all thick and long like it always is. I wouldn't worry about it. But see your doctor if you're really worried. Can stress cause hair loss?
Yes, stress can cause hair fall.

You need to a maintain a healthy diet to keep up with your tiring schedules. Healthy body and mind are a prerequisite for lustrous hair.

I strongly reccommend coconut hair oil massages. Coconut hair oil makes hair strong and massages help you relax.
Yes it can and it will grow back but you should go to a doctor just in case.
Yes it can. And if it is really drastic hair loss, see your doctor.
