No! Actually, I think the pressure from the shower head might even stimulate your hair roots, and make it grow, because the water is sort of massaging your scalp.

No it wont make you lose your hair. If it is it has been banned along time ago. Enjoy the pressure shower as it will also stimulate your scalp which does make it healthier
