How LIKELY is it that bleach/dye causes hair loss?

Like, if 10 people did their hair bleached n dyed, how many would experience major hair loss. Not thinning or damage, I don't care about that. I'm just trying to prove something here. How LIKELY is it that bleach/dye causes hair loss?
The only way your hair would fall out is if you had an allergic reaction, or if you leave the bleach on too long, and by too long I mean your scalp would feel like it's on fire and begin to blister then it might fall out. Dye and bleach are safe to use, if used correctly. How LIKELY is it that bleach/dye causes hair loss?
I personally have done that and nothing went wrong. It really depends HOW LONG you keep the bleach on your hair...... because if you keep it on too long (longer then the box reccomends) then it is inevitable for your hair to fall out. But I'd say 1-10 if no one has a scalp or hair condition and have dyed their hair before and had no hair loss. There are a lot of variables to consider.
its on the misuse of bleach or low quality bleaches that result in hair loss.
