Yes it could. Also be sure you are not eliminating certain foods... or not eating properly. Along with the stress we tend to not eat at all or overeat certain things, eliminating other elements that are needed....
it definately could cause hair loss, but you should also check with a doctor or dermatologist to make sure that it is not something more serious. Hair loss is one of many side effects of stress! Try to chill out :)
