I had chicken pox abt 3 mths ago... and yesterday i went to my hair stylist, and she spotted 2 small spots which i am losing hair. I am suspecting if tis is due to me scratching and pulling on my chicken pox in my scalp which is causing the problem..
any ideas?? or what could be happening to me?
i dont wanna lose my hair!!Will scratching my chicken pox scars in my scalp cause hair loss?
Primarily please have ur treatment taken for the chicken pox. Normally only the scars are left behind and no so called ';ACNE's'; are to be present. I would suggest you visit a doctor and have this check up thoroughly done so that you dont have any other problems popping up. But hair loss could be due to the lack of vitamins or the intake of enough healthy food. Consult a doctor and have this clarified.

If u scratch too much it will leave a scar, hair cannot grow in scar tissue. So The answer is yes it could be, however if it is 3 mo ago the damage is done so whats already gone should be all that will go if the itching is gone.
Chicken pox has left the scalp dry and with scrathing you have not helped the situation because the hair folicelles have weakened.
Get to the root of the problem. Check your diet. Internal nutrition reflects your skin and hair. lack of proteins and vitamin B6 always aggravates hair fall.Plus the deodorant you use should be free of chemicals because many deodorants contain led and other chemicals which close the pores and the body is not able to get rid of toxins and these toxins in the system create acidity and weaken hair follicles .
Drink Healthy Water - clean, chemical free water at all times. Spring water is recommended because it has flowed freely against the earth麓s electromagnetic field, thus restoring all the essential energy fields that are required to fully nourish the body.
Manage Stress - Take the time for daily exercise and relaxation of the body and mind. Practising meditation or taking a few minutes for silent contemplation is highly recommended. Ziravie庐 offers meditation and stress management CD麓s that include simple, practical and effective techniques.
Reduce Toxicity -- Aim to minimize the intake of toxins, through consuming clean organically grown food, and avoiding unnecessary medications, strong chemical cosmetics, excessive alcohol and intoxicants.
Taking charge of your lifestyle and nutrition, is an essential step towards restoring equilibrium. Think healthy, be healthy and live healthy. There is no such thing as a miracle product.
Plus try a lotion called Ziravie, plus check their website which gives a combination of fruits and vegetables that helps to strengthen the hair roots internally.
The lotion that I use helps to accelerate hair growth but it is a a process first it calms the scalp, itching reduces, then with discipline use hair fall stops, within 3 weeks of use the hair roots strengthens and you start to see volume and silkiness
The website is www.ziravie.com but I bought it in Spain and now it is available on ebay.co.uk
