Which kind of extensions don't cause hair loss?

I know all kinds cause at least a little bit of your actual hair to be pulled out. But which is better so that it doesn't happen as much? Clip-in extensions, fusion, or what?Which kind of extensions don't cause hair loss?
Clip in extensions are the only way to go if you want zero hair damage. Glue in and braid in ones cause damage to you roots and scalp and can cause your hair to fall out and break!Which kind of extensions don't cause hair loss?
You can try a half wig (where you pull your natural hair over the wig piece) and sew in's are really good also. Just stay away from the GLUE!
