My grandmother microwaves all her meals, and her hair is all falling out, she is 92, is there a connection?Does microwave over use cause hair loss ?
I am certain that there is no connection. At 92 with hair loss is would be a good idea to ensure that she has her thyroid function checked.Does microwave over use cause hair loss ?
she is old, dear
No. The radiation from a microwave is contained in the compartment. The radio wave is such that it cannot escape through the holes. As soon as you open a microwave, even if it is on, immediately dissipate.
i have heard it makes your skin wrinkly too. have you checked?
Only if she is repeatedly putting her head in it.
Alternatively, it may be the fact she is 92.
Ummmmm, let me think...
Has she been in the microwave?
i dont think so but if u look into while its on it kills brain cells
Yes, there's a likely link.
It may also affect her ability to have more children too.
Nope. Categorically no. Absolutely not. And that looking at it while it's on thing is an urban myth.
Not unless your head is in it at the time of microwaving!
even though
microwave ovens commit radiation,
and is the cause for many problems,
i really don't think that
ur grandmother is affected by it.
it...
is a simple process that all people go through
No, not at all, there is one connection with her hair and that is her age! Everybody loses hair as the grow older, not all of it if they're a woman, but a lot of it does fall out
