Thanks.Does creatine cause hair loss?
been taking it for years and no problem other than ocasional bloating or the runs to pack on some weight protein 1 g per pound of body weight if you weigh 180lbs you need at least 180g of protein per day from shakes and food to gain some size up that to like maybe 200g and keep your eating habbits clean no fast food and crap like that check out this site filled with info bodybuilding.comDoes creatine cause hair loss?
actually, i've been getting very thick hair growth on my upper arms. mostly tricep areas. this is the opposite that i want. i dont compete, but hair covers tone on mucles. makes me look weird. im only 16 so i want to be near hairless on my arms. then again, it could be natural.

I started using it a month or so ago. I am having some interupted sleep... so I am trying to work out if it is Creatine, L-glutamine... or mixing L-glutamine frmo one company with a stacked protein shake from another. I think the latter. The creatine alone hasn't caused any problem.... so now I am trying it with L-Glutamine.
It is no problem in terms of health.. but there are different refinements of creatine (developed progessively by teh supplement industry).... some of them seem to be like eating sand... and that can't be nearly as good for you.
I just started using creatine a week ago - I'm the same as you and I find it hard to gain weight.
I have had no side effects from Creatine except that I need to pee a lot more - I suppose that is also from drinking more water. It is vital to drink more water when using creatine.
Best of luck with your weight gain!
I used it for years and never had a prob. creatine is natural in meat just not at those levels.
yea like the first guy said its just giving u more concentrated doses of creatine, so no worrys just u have to drink alot of water with it ( wish i can take it...only 15 though) ive been wondering though does it just make u ----appear---- bigger or does it actually make u stronger faster ?
