Can the chlorine in swimming pools cause hair loss?

I just started swimming everyday! Can the chlorine in swimming pools cause hair loss?
Actually, Chlorine can cause severe dryness in hair which can lead to hair loss. Use conditioner before you swim and make sure you take a shower and wash your hair after you swim as well. And like the other answers are saying, if you have light hair it can start to turn green. Last year I swam all the time cause I loved the feeling of the water and had bleach blonde hair, after swimming all day every day, I started to notice my hair turning green. Can the chlorine in swimming pools cause hair loss?
NO BUT IT CAN DRY YOUR HAIR OUT
yes and it irritates your skin
Yeah dude it seriously can. I was on a swim team, and before I knew it... I was bald!

It's okay though, because I started attracting new kinds of women if you catch my vibe ;) apparently them lesbians dig baldies!
no but it can turn your hair green, look at all the pro swimmers and they still have hair, and i highly doubt they'd put on a wig just to swim
Chlorine can't cause hair loss..however it can give blonde hair a greenish cast. The best thing for your hair after you've been swimming is to shower, use a clarifying shampoo, and condition so the chlorine doesn't have a chance to hang around in your hair.
YES
