Can antibiotics cause hair loss?

i have been having trouble with hair loss. I have been taking a antibiotic for my skin called keflex ( cephalexin) is the generic name 500mg capsules, once daily. Has anyone experienced this problem? My scalp also itches? Could this be the problem?Can antibiotics cause hair loss?
I personally have not tried the antibiotic. I would suggest contacting the doctor that prescribed you the medication and consulting with him/her.
