I have found most stores shampoos are not always the best choise for our hair. My sister has been using it for years, and she still has beautiful hair. But of course what is suitable for her may not be suitable for you and vice versa because we are all different in so many ways :)
i don't think so but i know that if you use it for a while it's arder to dye your hair, but if you have issues maybe your allergic to it. I had hair falling out one time when i used tresseme cuz of an allergy
