I understand your dilemma, sometimes it is hard finding the right drug for depression! My daughter keeps having hers changed or the dosage altered because of side effects. If you really dont want to change drugs then go back and see the Doctor.
The hair loss could make you more depressed if it is severe so if I were you I'd try the other drug first!
