i spent an entire day in the sun and got a really bad burn on my hair line where i part my hair. now the hair doesnt seem to be growing right there anymore! WHAT DO I DO?!Does a bad sunburn cause hair loss?!?

It probably damaged the skin a bit and it probably is making your hair grow slower now. Just take a break from the sun or just be some protection on for now. Everything will be fine. :)
It might if it damages the hair follicle! I would put that green sunburn alvera lotion on the burnt spot.
I doubt it. I had that happen to me too, and my hair hasn't stop growing or anything.
